We strongly encourage live, on-site auditions. Applicants must have an audition on campus to be considered for a music scholarship or award.
Those seeking music major status who, for extraordinary reasons, cannot make the trip to Cleveland, may be permitted to submit a video recording of a live audition. No audio recordings will be accepted. All video performances, both instrumental and voice, must include live keyboard accompaniment (except for solo repertoire). Permission to submit a video audition must be obtained from Dr. Nita Karpf (jxk178@case.edu), Coordinator, Undergraduate Admissions. Dr. Karpf must receive requests to submit a video audition no later than January 15, 2009. No music scholarships will be awarded for video auditions.
